Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Corporate Finance Manager. In this position, you will oversee financial analysis, prepare financial models, and support decision-making for M&A transactions. Your responsibilities will include evaluating financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing insights to drive strategic business decisions. The role requires a high degree of analytical rigor and an ability to interface with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret financial data effectively
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and developing financial strategies
- Knowledge of Finance, including corporate finance principles and investment valuation
- Experience with Financial Statements and their analysis
- Skills in Financial Reporting and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a high-paced environment
- Master's or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Experience in M&A or consulting is a strong advantage
