The successful candidate will manage a team of 5-7 Corporate Account Managers with a clear focus on retention, expansion, and innovation . Key Responsibilities β Team Leadership & Development β Inspire, coach, and empower a team of Corporate Account Managers to achieve ambitious growth objectives. β Strategic Account Management β Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive retention and expansion, ensuring profitable, long-term customer relationships. β Business Growth & Market Expansion β Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and strengthen customer networks at a regional and global level. β High-Level Negotiations β Lead complex negotiations for multi-million-pound contracts, ensuring profitability and strong customer commitment. β Cross-Functional Collaboration β Work closely with sales leaders, finance, and global account teams to optimize resources and drive business impact. β Innovation & Continuous Improvement β Foster a culture of innovation by supporting new product launches and business transformation initiatives. Ideal Candidate Profile β 10-15 years of experience in B2B corporate account management, sales leadership, or strategic business development. β A high-potential leader with the ability to challenge, inspire, and drive change. β Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a competitive, international environment. β Expertise in negotiating and managing large-scale contracts across multiple regions. β Diverse thinking & innovation-driven approach , capable of shaping the future of the business. β Fluency in English (C1 level) ; additional languages are an advantage. β Availability to travel (approx. 60%) to work closely with customers and local teams.
