We provide operational systems, financial support, marketing resources, and administrative infrastructure that allow our partners to grow sustainable and scalable businesses. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Offshore Controller / Senior Accountant Contractor to join our finance team and help support the accounting and bookkeeping operations of multiple business entities. Position Overview This is a full-time remote contractor position responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and helping leadership improve financial visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing high-volume accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting operations Maintain accurate general ledger records Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Prepare journal entries and support month-end close Assist with financial reporting and operational reporting Maintain and audit financial records in QuickBooks Online Monitor customer balances, collections, and open invoices Assist with commission tracking and partner-related accounting Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively Help improve accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls Assist with SOP creation and process documentation Qualifications 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or controller experience Advanced QuickBooks Online experience REQUIRED Strong understanding of accrual accounting and financial reporting Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies preferred Preferred Experience Controller or senior accounting experience Experience with service-based businesses Experience managing multiple entities or high transaction volume Familiarity with commissions, revenue-share models, or operational reporting Experience improving accounting systems and workflows Required Equipment Desktop or Laptop (Core i5 or equivalent preferred) Reliable High-Speed Internet Quiet Professional Work Environment Dual Monitors Preferred Compensation & Position Details Full-Time Remote Contractor Position Compensation: $3,500–$4,000 USD per month based on experience and qualifications Long-term growth opportunity within a rapidly growing company Opportunity to work directly with leadership and help build scalable financial systems Requirements How to Apply Please submit: Your resume A summary of your QuickBooks Online experience Examples of accounting functions you have managed
