Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Content Creator to join our growing team. This role is designed to initially support the company’s own content needs and may expand to include client content creation once proficiency and alignment are demonstrated. The position is primarily execution-focused , with strategic guidance provided through our proprietary frameworks, creative briefs, and brand guidelines. This is not a short-term placement. We are looking for someone committed to growing with us as our company evolves deeper into media and tech. Key Responsibilities Create and adapt content for multiple platforms, including: Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reels) LinkedIn (with attention to its unique standards) TikTok, YouTube Shorts Strong focus on video editing (vertical and horizontal formats). Execute content using provided creative briefs, brand guidelines, and proprietary frameworks. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Co-Founder for feedback and alignment. Use company tools such as: QUSO AI Canva Pro Buffer (scheduling) Custom-configured GPT assistants for content support. Participate in content testing and editorial reviews. Demonstrate adaptability as the role evolves from part-time to potentially full-time. Requirements Skilled in video editing and storytelling across platforms. At least 2 years hand on content creation and at least 5 years of Canva experience Solid understanding of Social Media platforms and trends Comfortable using AI tools in the workflow and adapting to new technologies. Open to learning and applying proprietary frameworks. Agency background or a strong portfolio, either is acceptable. Long-term commitment and alignment with the client’s vision.
