We are looking for a creative, growth-minded Social Media Marketer to take full ownership of our social presence. This is more than a "posting" job—you will be the face and voice of our brand, driving organic growth and managing paid campaigns to turn followers into B2B leads. The Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of daily content and the strategic management of our paid advertising. Key Responsibilities: • Be the Face of the Brand: You are confident being on camera! You will talk about our business, share industry insights, and create engaging "face-to-camera" videos that build trust. • Daily Content Creation: * Film and edit one 15–30 second TikTok per day. o Execute one high-value post per day across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • Paid Ads Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Paid Ads on Meta and TikTok to scale our reach and lead generation. • Influencer Outreach: Identify and connect us with industry influencers who can help market our services to the right audience. • Lead Generation: Turn organic followers into high-quality B2B leads through strategic CTAs and engagement. Requirements What You Bring to the Table • Market & Industry Expertise: Experience in Outsourcing or Recruitment with a solid understanding of the Australian market . • Ad Platform Mastery: Proven ability to create and manage successful paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager . • On-Camera Charisma: You are articulate, professional, and not afraid to represent the company in video content. • Creative Pro: You are a Canva expert and can edit your own videos (using CapCut or similar tools). You know how to catch a viewer’s attention in the first 3 seconds. • Self-Starter & Forward-Thinking: You don’t wait for instructions; you bring new ideas to the table and stay ahead of the latest trends.
