📍 Location: Greece (remote)

🎯 What You'll Own:

- Define and lead Qalzy's content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.

- Create engaging, platform-native content — short-form videos, reels, carousels, stories, and written posts.

- Be on camera confidently and create content regularly, with the speed and consistency needed to keep channels active daily.

- Build and manage a network of influencers and content creators in the health, fitness, and nutrition space.

- Collaborate with the founding team to translate complex AI/tech features into content that resonates with everyday users.

- Track performance metrics, run experiments, and double down on what works.

- Stay ahead of trends — both in content formats and in the health/wellness space.

✅ What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, ideally for a consumer brand or startup.

- Comfortable on camera and able to film, present, and create content on a daily basis.

- A strong portfolio of content you've created that grew an audience, drove engagement, or generated results.

- Strong video production skills — scripting, filming, editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).

- Experience running influencer campaigns or creator partnerships end-to-end.

- Genuine passion for health, nutrition, fitness, or wellness.

- Excellent communication skills in English; Greek is a plus.

- Data-driven mindset — you don't just create, you analyze and iterate.

- Experience using AI tools for content ideation, scripting, or production (Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, etc.).
