Communications & Marketing Trainee As a Communications & Marketing Trainee at BSM , you will support the delivery of day-to-day marketing and communications activities across the organisation. You’ll work closely with the Group Communications team and internal stakeholders to help coordinate campaigns, organise content and visual assets, and keep projects moving, gaining hands-on exposure across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing and communications initiatives by assisting with planning, coordination, follow-up actions, and keeping timelines on track. Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across ongoing communications and marketing activities, ensuring smooth delivery of tasks and outputs. Assist with the preparation, organisation, and coordination of content and visual assets across channels (internal and external). Support social media activities, including scheduling posts and helping to maintain content calendars. Help format, update, and coordinate presentations, visuals, and communication materials in line with brand guidelines. Use agreed tracking tools (e.g. project trackers, action lists) to maintain visibility of activities and deliverables, and support the team with status updates when needed. Support basic reporting and insight gathering (e.g. pulling engagement metrics, assisting with simple summaries) to help improve content and channel performance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners or suppliers where required (e.g. for content inputs, visuals, or campaign support). Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Prior exposure through internships, placements, or entry-level roles in marketing, communications, coordination, or administrative support is an advantage. Exposure to digital channels (social media, content, visuals) is beneficial. Skills & Competencies Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Attention to detail and a structured approach to work. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital tools. Interest in marketing, branding, communications, and digital channels. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with different stakeholders.
