Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at UNOVA. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, social channels, and virtual meetings. The role includes presenting UNOVA’s services, preparing proposals in collaboration with the internal team, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close deals on a commission basis. The associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure client expectations and brand standards are met. The role also involves nurturing long-term client relationships, gathering feedback, and staying current on industry trends and UNOVA’s evolving service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead generation and prospecting
Identify and approach potential clients (brands, F&B groups, hospitality, lifestyle, corporate clients, etc.)
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Leverage personal network, outbound outreach, and industry connections
2. Sales & Business Development
Present UNOVA’s services clearly and confidently:
Marketing Consultancy
Branding & Creative
Social Media & Content Production
PR & Influencer Marketing
Paid Media & Digital Campaigns
Events & Activations
Understand client needs and position tailored solutions
3. Deal Closing
Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with UNOVA pricing and strategy
Ensure all agreements are properly documented and approved
4. Handover & Coordination
Ensure smooth transition of closed clients to the internal team
Provide clear briefing on client expectations, scope, and deliverables
Scope Boundaries
The consultant is not responsible for execution or delivery of services
UNOVA retains final approval on pricing, proposals, and contracts
All branding, communication, and representation must align with UNOVA standards
Engagement Terms
Non-exclusive freelance engagement (unless otherwise agreed)
Flexible working structure (remote / independent)

Strong network in UAE / GCC (especially real estate, clinics/lifestyle, e-commerce companies, and government entities)
Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or business development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
