Who we're looking for:

Someone who already has an audience in sports betting or horse racing. You know Betfair, you understand exchange dynamics, and you can read a form guide like a punter because you are one.

What you'll own:

• Brand & community - you're the face of BetGen across YouTube, TikTok, X and Instagram
• Growth - user acquisition, affiliate deals, revenue. Zero to scale is your roadmap
• Partnerships - racing media, betting communities, industry players
