RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CBO 1. B2B Growth & Strategic Partnerships Build and scale partnerships with corporates for Learning, Branding, and Hiring solutions. Identify, pitch, and close high-value collaborations aligned with business objectives. Develop long-term alliance frameworks to drive recurring revenue and market positioning. 2. Investor Relations & Strategic Investments Lead fundraising initiatives and investor outreach for Dolphin Tank India . Build relationships with angels, VCs, and strategic investors. Drive deal structuring, negotiations, and closure of investment partnerships. 3. B2C Revenue – Learning Programs Own revenue growth for premium programs: Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) & Global Professional Program (GPP). Design and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and conversion funnels. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise user acquisition and retention. 4. Business Strategy & Revenue Ownership Define and execute short-term and long-term revenue strategies across verticals. Track KPIs, sales pipelines, and business performance metrics. Drive scalability through innovative business models and monetisation strategies. 5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Founders, Product, Marketing, and HR teams to align business goals. Build and mentor the business development and sales team over time. Foster a performance-driven, ownership-oriented culture. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum investment of INR 18 Lakhs in Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd. Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Revenue Leadership (startup experience preferred). Strong network across corporates, startups, and/or investor ecosystem. Experience in selling services (Learning, HR, Branding) and/or EdTech programs is a plus. Demonstrated ability to close deals, drive revenue, and scale business functions. Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, execution focus, and resilience. Co-Founder Investment & Commitment Minimum investment of INR 18 Lakhs from the Co-Founder is sought to ensure ownership-level commitment and long-term alignment with the company's vision and social mission. We are building a core founding team from the ground up, comprising Co-Founders who deeply believe in the vision and resonate with the social cause we are committed to. Post institutional funding, each Co-Founder will be expected to build and lead their respective verticals top-down, scaling teams of at least 10,000 professionals over the next three years through our Industry Academia Community (IAC), PAN India and globally. COMPENSATION: As per Indian startup (valuation/stage market benchmarks). Deferred compensation structure during probation.
