As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re seeking a Cloudbeds Systems Support Specialist to help support and optimize the systems our resort teams rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, supporting hospitality teams, and working across IT, accounting, reservations, and resort operations. Why You’ll Love Working at Vacatia Work remotely with a growing hospitality technology organization Partner cross-functionally with resort and corporate teams Help standardize and improve technology across multiple properties Join a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven culture Your Impact Provide day-to-day support for Cloudbeds PMS across Vacatia properties using ticketing and messaging platforms Support system updates, new feature rollouts, workflow improvements, and operational enhancements Maintain standardized configurations, documentation, and system processes across properties Serve as Tier 1–2 support for Cloudbeds-related issues and troubleshoot reservations, folios, payments, reporting, and integrations Support front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and accounting teams with system usage and best practices Escalate technical issues to the Operations Technology team and track resolution progress Assist with rollout and adoption of new operational workflows and standards Help train and support non-technical users across the portfolio Support reporting, exports, and data validation efforts for finance and operations teams Assist with user access management, MFA initiatives, and compliance with Vacatia IT security policies What You Bring Required 2+ years of experience with Cloudbeds PMS or similar hospitality systems Experience supporting hotel or resort operations Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across properties Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets Preferred Experience with hospitality accounting workflows Resort or timeshare industry experience Familiarity with Whistle, POS integrations, owner/guest platforms, and Slack Success in This Role Timely resolution of support tickets Consistent system setup and operational standards across properties Positive feedback from property teams Accurate reporting and reliable system support Join Us At Vacatia, we’re building smarter hospitality experiences through technology and collaboration.
