We are currently seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage celebrity, influencer, and entertainment-sector accounts while serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Job Summary
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with celebrities, influencers, public figures, and key clients while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
The role involves overseeing client communication, campaign execution, personal branding initiatives, social media coordination, partnership opportunities, and overall account growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the entertainment industry, and has the confidence to interact with high-profile personalities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Although the role is remote, occasional travel will be required for client meetings, celebrity engagements, events, media appearances, content shoots, brand collaborations, and other business-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Celebrity Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned celebrities, influencers, public figures, and brand clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and account-related matters.
- Understand client goals and ensure services are aligned with their personal brand and business objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Account Management & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Content, Design, Influencer Marketing, and Media Relations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet client expectations.
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively resolve challenges when required.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, client requirements, and project timelines.
Celebrity & Influencer Account Oversight
- Support the management and growth of celebrity and influencer personal brands.
- Coordinate social media activities and content planning with internal teams.
- Ensure public communications align with the personality's image, values, and professional goals.
- Assist in managing collaborations, sponsorships, endorsements, and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate media appearances, interviews, promotional activities, and public engagements.
Campaign Execution
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Monitor deliverables, approvals, content schedules, and campaign timelines.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports for clients and management.
- Ensure all client commitments are fulfilled accurately and professionally.
Reputation & Brand Management
- Monitor public perception, online presence, and media coverage of assigned clients.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Support reputation management initiatives and strategic communication efforts when required.
Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service offerings.
- Contribute to long-term client retention through strong relationship management and consistent service delivery.
- Support the agency's efforts to build lasting partnerships within the entertainment and influencer ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management, Social Media Marketing, or Influencer Marketing will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Public Relations, Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Entertainment Management, Brand Management, or Social Media Account Management.
- Previous experience working with celebrities, influencers, talent agencies, media organizations, entertainment brands, or public personalities will be highly preferred.
