About Our Client Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in South Florida specializing in Meta and TikTok advertising for lead generation and e-commerce brands. With over 100 active clients, they are scaling rapidly and are looking for a highly capable Advertising Account Manager to drive strategy, account performance, retention, and creative execution across client accounts. About the Role The Media Buyer will own a portfolio of paid advertising accounts across Meta and TikTok, acting as the primary strategic operator responsible for media buying and client communication. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can independently manage account strategy from end to end. The ideal candidate is comfortable making decisions based on performance data, directing creative vision, and leading client relationships confidently. You will work closely with the company's internal production and support teams, including content creators, video editors, web designers, and VA assistants, to execute on your strategic vision and improve campaign performance across accounts. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 15–25 paid advertising clients across Meta and TikTok. Own media buying strategy and account direction across assigned client accounts. Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide optimization decisions. Create creative briefs, ad concepts, scripting direction, and testing plans for the internal creative team. (Some weeks can be 7-15, some only 3-5 ) Collaborate with video editors and content production teams to execute ad creatives aligned with campaign goals. Work alongside web designers to improve landing page conversion rates and funnel performance. Delegate and coordinate bulk operational tasks with VA assistants to maintain efficient account management workflows. Lead weekly or biweekly client calls covering account performance, testing strategy, and next steps. Translate campaign performance into clear business insights and actionable recommendations for clients. Onboard new clients, establish expectations, and build long-term client trust. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in paid advertising, media buying, account management, or performance marketing. Very strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Strong understanding of campaign strategy, creative testing, offer positioning, and scaling paid advertising campaigns. Proven ability to develop creative briefs and direct ad creative production based on performance insights. Strong client communication and relationship management skills. Comfortable presenting campaign strategy and performance to business owners and stakeholders. Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce marketing. Offer Details Full-time remote role. Performance-based compensation structure. OTE: $7,000–$11,000 USD per month ($84,000–$132,000/year). Compensation tied to client retention and account growth. Strong performers earn at the top end of the compensation range.
