Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to support an AI and automation-driven growth agency that builds custom acquisition systems for small and mid-sized businesses. This is a senior, full-funnel media buying role focused primarily on Meta Ads. The ideal candidate can take a client offer, build the paid media strategy, launch campaigns, optimize performance, and diagnose issues across the entire funnel — not just inside the ad account. As a Lean-Pro Talent, you should be proactive, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership without micromanagement. You will work closely with GoHighLevel systems, CRM pipelines, automations, booking flows, and internal support teams to ensure paid campaigns are connected to the back-end infrastructure that captures, nurtures, and converts leads. Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution Own full-funnel paid media strategy and execution, primarily across Meta Ads Review client offers, audiences, funnels, and campaign goals to build effective paid media strategies Build campaign structures, audience strategies, creative testing plans, and optimization frameworks Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on performance data and conversion outcomes Manage campaign performance with strong attention to lead quality, cost efficiency, and scalability Recommend strategic changes before making major campaign adjustments Funnel Diagnostics & Optimization Diagnose underperforming campaigns across the full conversion path, not just the ad account Identify whether performance issues are coming from creative, offer positioning, landing pages, lead quality, CRM setup, response time, or automation gaps Track and interpret key metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, lead response time, and appointment-booking performance Recommend practical improvements to strengthen the campaign-to-conversion flow Continuously improve campaigns based on data, lead behavior, and funnel performance GoHighLevel & Campaign Systems Alignment Work inside GoHighLevel to ensure campaigns are connected to pipelines, forms, tags, booking flows, and follow-up automations Check that leads are routed correctly from ads into the CRM and appropriate follow-up systems Coordinate with GHL VAs or technical support team members through the ticketing system to keep campaign builds aligned Flag gaps in tagging, routing, attribution, booking flows, or automation logic Ensure appointment-booking campaigns trigger the correct workflows and nurture sequences Creative Testing & AI-Assisted Support Develop creative angles, hooks, messaging ideas, and testing concepts for paid campaigns Use AI tools to support ad copy, creative direction, campaign analysis, and optimization workflows Review creative performance and recommend iterations based on audience response and campaign data Collaborate with designers, editors, or creative support teams when needed Stay proactive in testing new creative approaches, formats, and campaign directions Reporting & Communication Prepare clear, client-ready performance updates and campaign reports Communicate campaign results, concerns, recommendations, and next steps proactively Explain what is working, what is not working, and what needs to be adjusted Flag risks early and bring solutions before issues escalate Take ownership of campaign outcomes, timelines, and follow-through without needing constant supervision Requirements At least 4–5 years of hands-on media buying experience Deep Meta Ads expertise with experience owning accounts end-to-end Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign structure, creative testing, audience testing, and optimization Ability to diagnose account performance issues using a clear and structured process Strong full-funnel understanding, including CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, lead response time, and funnel performance Confident working inside GoHighLevel, including CRM, pipelines, automations, tags, forms, and booking flows Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Clear written and verbal English communication skills Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable with U.S. hours overlap and Level Up’s time-tracking process Looking for a long-term role, not a short-term contract or side gig Nice to Have Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic advertising Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Ideogram, or similar platforms Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier Experience working with appointment-booking funnels, service-based businesses, or AI/automation agencies Experience coordinating with designers, editors, GHL VAs, automation specialists, or technical support teams
