Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Commercial Officer based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Chief Commercial Officer will oversee all aspects of commercial strategy and execution, including business development, sales operations, strategic market planning, and financial forecasting. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals, nurture client relationships, and expand market reach. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing business plans, leading sales teams, managing key accounts, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning, Strategic Planning, and Budgeting to drive organizational growth and financial success.
• Proven experience in Sales and Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Track record of successful leadership in commercial or executive-level roles, with exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to facilitate effective teamwork and strategic partnerships.
• Previous experience in a technology-driven or AI-supported environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
