Change & Communications Coordinator for NATO with security clearance Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organization? We are seeking a Business Change and Communications Specialist to support the ITM Recovery Increment 1 (ITM RC1) project – a high-profile NATO initiative replacing legacy classified networks with a modernised ITM Operational Network across the NATO Command Structure. Responsibilities: Create and execute an Awareness Campaign Plan targeting internal and external stakeholders (Business Areas, Service Owners, SDMs, CIS Support Units, ESOC) Coordinate awareness artefacts: slide decks, Q&As, feedback tracking, promotional videos Support video production: develop creative concepts and visions that resonate with diverse audiences Attend meetings, take minutes, document action items, and follow up with project team and external contributors Support Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities Align awareness tasks with OCM work and ITM-RC1 implementation progress Coordinate production and storage of project/system/test/service documentation Track, monitor, and report on project progress in coordination with the Project Manager Participate in Agile ceremonies Maintain project documentation on SharePoint portal and JIRA Produce monthly sprint completion reports and a final Project Closure Report Essential Qualifications & Experience: Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in: Creative concepts that will meet the ITM-RC1 project business objectives and resonates with the diverse internal and external audience. Specifically targeted to video production and communication material in support of organizational change and awareness campaign for large organizations. Experience in producing communications dashboards with progress and benefits will be considered an asset At least three (3) years' experience in Awareness campaigns & supporting video creation At least three (3) years' experience in organisational change/ transformational projects. Administrative: Proficiency and experience in taking meeting minutes and draft comprehensive summaries. Proficiency and experience in managing Microsoft SharePoint portal; At least five (5) years' experience in project management support Good Knowledge of project management principles, practices and procedures. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
