Job Description This is a remote position. Oyster World Rally – the journey of a lifetime We are always looking for special Captains and crew teams who have what it takes to be part of this life-changing adventure. Our current rally fleet left Antigua in January 2026 and will take 16 months to sail around the world arriving back in Antigua in April 2027. The next Oyster World Rally starts in January 2028 and owners with boats in build, are already planning ahead and beginning their search for great sailing crew teams.
