Resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive user experience. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex cases. Requirements Language Skills: English (Upper-Intermediate/B2+) or German (Intermediate/B1+ or higher). German is a significant advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Basic computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
