Job Description This is a remote position. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Company: Speaktise Location: Remote Location Position Type: Full-time/Part-time Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner. - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve resolution, providing accurate and relevant information. - Maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their concerns and addressing them effectively. - Utilize company systems and tools to document, track, and resolve customer interactions. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate unresolved issues and ensure prompt resolution. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers better. - Provide excellent service by actively listening, showing empathy, and displaying a positive and professional attitude.
