ABOUT THE ROLE
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Business Support Assistant. This role focuses on providing administrative support, coordinating business processes, maintaining records, and assisting teams with day-to-day operational activities.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams
- Maintain records, files, and business documentation
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and scheduling activities
- Assist with data entry and information management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Track projects, tasks, and operational deadlines
- Respond to internal inquiries and support requests
- Organize digital files and maintain documentation systems
- Assist with workflow coordination and process improvement initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects and business operations
- Ensure accuracy of records and company information
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
NICE TO HAVE
