Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently with a positive and empathetic approach
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team when necessary

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior customer support experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask across calls, chats, and emails
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
