The Business Support Assistant provides essential operational and administrative to support the full client lifecycle. The role supports our co-ordinators, who deliver direct support to the manager groups across each service line. This role will provide assistance to these co-ordinators, ensuring key tasks are delivered. Responsibilities: Bank confirmation set up, including requests, proactive monitoring and chasing. System and platform set up / annual roll forward. Inputting Estimates to our platform, liaising with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a regulated or professional services environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while following strict procedures. Clear written and verbal communication when requesting documentation or clarifying information with stakeholders/clients. Comfortable working with confidential information and following strict processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
