You will be responsible for providing strong leadership and supervision of a growing Sleep Medicine practice. You will oversee the daily operations of a two-location medical practice specializing in the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders. This role is responsible for ensuring the practice runs efficiently, is compliant with healthcare regulations, and provides exceptional patient care. You will manage both clinical and administrative staff, oversee financial operations, continuously monitor and direct processes, train and develop staff, and work with stakeholders to drive positive change, and implement strategies to enhance the practice's profitability and growth. The physician owner will support and work with you in all aspects of the practice.

Care is provided by a physician owner and four nurse practitioners.
