Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior partners to design and expand impactful mentorship activities.

Facilitate meaningful connections and foster a culture of learning within the community.

Support onboarding and training activities for new partners and mentees.

Contribute to strategic discussions and help shape the teams' ongoing growth.

Quick Details

Position Type: Business partnership (contract-based), approximately 6–10 hours per week — not a full-time job.

Please note: This is not an HR or recruitment role

Location: Fully remote — open to candidates based in Ireland or the UK.

Eligibility:

If based in Ireland, you must hold a Stamp 1 or Stamp 4 visa.

If based in the UK, you must hold the equivalent.
