Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new commercial opportunities across LATAM, with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking markets. Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, competition, and emerging opportunities. Lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business partnerships. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support onboarding and retention. Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver regular performance forecasts. Represent the company in events, meetings, and industry networks across the region when necessary. Requirements Native or fluent Spanish, plus strong English communication skills. Proven background in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management in Latin America. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to take a strategic yet hands-on approach. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
