Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities for CloudHire in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume sales, particularly in the Indian market.

What You’ll Do As a B2C Sales Specialist

• Perform outbound sales activities, and conduct a minimum of 7 meetings per day
• Consistently achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Follow up on inbound & outbound leads and nurture them through the funnel
• Build strong relationships and conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs
• Present CloudHire's value proposition and handle objections confidently
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report key insights
• Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the approach.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in B2C, SaaS, or ed-tech
• Experience selling ₹20,000–₹30,000 packages is a plus
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
