Lucey Group based in Ireland and UK is hiring multiple high-performing Business Development Managers to drive growth across our fast-scaling technology, AI, digital health, and ecommerce businesses. This is not a traditional sales role.

We’re looking for commercially driven professionals who can build relationships, create revenue opportunities, and thrive in high-ownership environments.

You’ll work across Digital Health, Pharma & Market Research Partnerships for two of our companies, now merged as one entity.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving enterprise growth and strategic partnerships across healthcare, pharmaceutical, and market research sectors.

Ideal background:

• Healthcare, HealthTech, Pharma, or Market Research sales
• Affiliate partnerships, vendor networks, or agency partnerships
• Experience selling into enterprise healthcare environments
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills
• Proven track record of building affiliate partnerships, agency relationships, or vendor networks
• Experience closing enterprise or complex deals across Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)

At Lucey Group, we’re building a high-impact affiliate and partnerships function to drive growth across two fast-scaling digital health platforms. We’re looking for someone who can identify, build, and monetize strategic partnerships — turning agencies, vendors, and networks into consistent revenue channels. Alongside this, you’ll also drive direct enterprise sales, giving you full ownership of revenue generation across both inbound partnership streams and outbound deal-making.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → close → grow
• Sell directly into pharma, healthcare, and research organisations
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals (e.g. clinical trials, research programmes, KOL Mapping, Senior Stakeholder Mapping)
• Act as the go-to commercial lead across two digital health platforms
