Role Description
Aspire IT Systems is seeking a full-time, remote Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of expereince. Open only to candidates based in the Alberta, Canada. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and manage client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts. You will collaborate closely with internal technical, customer success, IT procurement and delivery teams to understand client needs and position the right mix of network consultancy, cloud migration, and security services. This is a remote role with required travel for client meetings, events, and other business activities as needed. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to strategic go‑to‑market planning, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Base salary: $70,000–$78,000 annually (commensurate with experience), plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings (OTE): $112,000–$120,000
