ROLE: Business Development Manager
REPORTS TO: Director of Sales
LOCATION: Toronto (GTA) or Quebec - Remote
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team! The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in the growth and profitability of Earth’s Own. For the assigned customers, this individual will lead the development and execution of Earth’s Own annual sales plan, is accountable to achieve sales plan targets, and build strong customer relationships.

This includes building strong customer relationships and influencing retailer strategies and tactics in an evolving and exciting category! Your top priority will be to deliver your annual sales plan. This includes ensuring distribution across our product base, strong promotional plans, and flawless execution on new products. An analytical approach and bias for action will be critical to achieving your objectives and leaving your imprint on the business!
