This role suits professionals who can open doors, build relationships, and drive results with flexibility and autonomy. Role Overview You will generate and develop business opportunities for Ultimate Peaks’ services. Responsibilities: • Build relationships with business owners, founders, executives, and HR leaders • Identify and qualify potential clients • Present Ultimate Peaks’ value proposition • Arrange introductory meetings • Follow up until opportunities reach a serious stage • Coordinate with management during deal closure Pricing, negotiation, and contract signing are handled by the company.
