We’re hiring: Business Development / Publisher Acquisition Manager . Mobile Apps
Location: Remote
xGrowth is looking for a hands-on Business Development and Publisher Acquisition Manager with proven experience acquiring, selling to, or partnering with mobile app publishers, app studios, app developers, or app supply teams.
This is a fully remote contractor role for someone who values independence, ownership, flexibility, and performance-based growth. We work with a distributed team and care about results, speed, structure, and strong communication.
This is not a generic SDR role.
We’re looking for someone who already understands the mobile app ecosystem and knows how to create qualified conversations with founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Growth, Heads of Monetization, Product leads, and BD teams.
This role is especially relevant for someone who has worked at an ad network, app monetization platform, mediation company, SDK company, mobile growth platform, or a similar business that needed to acquire, onboard, or sell to mobile app publishers.
xGrowth helps mobile apps grow revenue through ad monetization, mediation strategy, UA, app growth, and performance-driven growth operations.
What you’ll own:
* Building and running outbound campaigns targeting mobile app publishers, app studios, and app developers
* Finding and contacting the right decision-makers across growth, monetization, product, BD, and leadership teams
* Segmenting prospects by app category, monetization model, size, and commercial potential
* Running outbound email and LinkedIn outreach at scale
* Managing HubSpot sequences, lists, dashboards, properties, tasks, and pipeline workflows
* Testing outreach angles, subject lines, CTAs, and follow-up flows
* Turning replies into qualified meetings and commercial opportunities
* Tracking weekly performance: first-touch emails, follow-ups, replies, positive replies, booked calls, and qualified opportunities
* Helping us build a repeatable outbound engine that generates new app publisher opportunities every month
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience selling to, partnering with, or acquiring mobile app publishers
* Experience from an ad network, mobile monetization platform, mediation company, SDK company, app growth platform, or similar business
* Strong understanding of app monetization, ads, IAP, subscriptions, mediation, UA, LTV, retention, and publisher revenue
* Native or near-native written English
* Strong hands-on HubSpot experience
* Ability to run outbound email and LinkedIn outreach at scale
* Experience building lead lists, segmenting accounts, testing messaging, managing follow-ups, and booking qualified meetings
* Strong ownership, speed, structure, and data-driven execution
Strong advantage:
* Existing network with mobile app publishers, app studios, or app developers
* Experience selling monetization, demand, SDKs, mediation, analytics, UA, ASO, subscriptions, or growth services
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, AppMagic, Sensor Tower, data.ai, or similar tools
Compensation:
This is a remote contractor role with a fixed monthly base and performance-based bonuses.
Compensation will depend on experience, with additional bonuses for qualified meetings, qualified opportunities, and closed clients.
