Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Develop regular and adhoc business dashboards, reports, MIS that will help the business, operations and compliance managers monitor their key performance indicators against goals. Visualize, analyze and provide data-driven insights to enable stakeholders to make vital decisions. Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to address control, compliance, or regulatory-related requirements Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank’s internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools During internal and external audits, deliver data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues if any Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with NetSuite ERP. Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, and financials. Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and reporting tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
