What you´ll do Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages and other controlling activities, validate data, and collaborate directly with counterparts in accordance with Service Level Agreement Support projects related to operations, evaluates process improvement opportunities, and ensure update of process documentations Communicate with stakeholder for inquiries related to specific tasks; Create root cause analysis and provide solutions Handle and complete assigned tasks by specific Strategic Pillar; Special analyses and/or ad hoc tasks required by stakeholders or assigned by the supervisor What makes you a good fit Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Management-related courses Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably from a multinational or shared service center (SSC) working environment Intermediate MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Basic Word knowledge are required; SAP, Power BI knowledge, and understanding to Business Intelligence Tools is highly preferred Proficient English communication skills and with analytical thinking abilities Strong project management capabilities with a collaborative, flexible, and results-driven approach; Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders while driving alignment and achieving outcomes Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
