YOUR TASKS
Responsibility for managing strategic national and international customer inquiries – from initial contact through to contract signature
Acting as the central point of contact for customers as well as internal interfaces such as Sales, Product Management, Project Management and Engineering
Developing technical solution and system concepts based on customer requirements in the areas of passenger information, passenger safety and passenger entertainment
Analyzing, evaluating and documenting technical specifications with regard to hardware, software and quality requirements
Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities within customer- and project-specific bids
Working closely with Solution Owners and taking ownership of tasks with a strong focus on timelines and quality
Presenting and representing solution concepts to customers
YOUR SKILLS
Successfully completed Master’s degree in Engineering
(e.g. Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field)
Several years of relevant professional experience, for example as a Software or Hardware Engineer or in a comparable technical role
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a solid overall technical understanding
Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level)
Confident demeanor, clear communication skills and enjoyment of working collaboratively in a team
Decisiveness, initiative and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations
