ATDOMCO - HR Officer About the Role We are looking for an HR Officer to join our growing team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will support and drive recruitment operations, contribute to HR processes, and help manage relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals, gaining exposure to talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR best practices within an international environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networks, agencies). Conduct interviews and assessments, and provide structured feedback to hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. Draft and review employment contracts in compliance with Luxembourg labor law. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help position the company as an employer of choice. Support HR administration and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records. Monitor HR and recruitment trends and contribute to continuous process improvement. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a generalist HR role Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies Familiarity with HR tools and ATS platforms Good knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, particularly regarding employment contracts Fluent in English (both written and spoken); French is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously Eager to take on more responsibility and grow within the HR function Why Join Us?
