The organization provides high-level strategic advisory services to institutional and corporate stakeholders and is entering a new phase of regional expansion. To support this growth, they are seeking a senior leader to drive and scale their Singapore and SEA consulting practice. About The Role This is a commercially accountable leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and strategic direction of the consulting business in Singapore, with regional coverage across SEA. The role combines P&L ownership, client origination, senior stakeholder advisory, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening market presence and expanding the regional platform. Key Responsibilities Lead and grow the Singapore-based consulting practice with regional oversight Own revenue, margin, and financial performance targets Drive new business origination and deepen senior client relationships Oversee delivery of complex, high-value advisory engagements Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing consulting team Strengthen brand positioning and industry presence across SEA Ensure governance, delivery standards, and operational discipline Experience Required Senior leadership experience within consulting, advisory, or strategy-led environments Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth track record Strong client origination and stakeholder engagement capability Experience advising on complex commercial or investment-related matters Proven ability to lead and develop consulting teams Education / Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
