Full end to end delivery on searches in the salary range of 150-300k SGD including offer management as Owner or Co-owner, on project, retained, contingent and exclusive roles; Ability to handle regional/global complexity and successfully work across geographies; Drive a high level of interactions with new and existing contacts and build a territory of contacts including a fluid T100 list of most influential contacts to manage every quarter(either geography, function or specialisation); Drive ad hoc travel to geographies and organise and deliver 5-8 high impact meetings per day; Develop relationships with Premium/Business/First class clients through high quality execution, active participation and value add on client calls, knowledge sharing and contribution to CRM scorecards Develop a pipeline of new work in collaboration with the Directors/MD's, actively highlighting leads, contributing actively to chasing jobs/pitching jobs and the completion of proposals; Demonstrate targeted LinkedIn research and sourcing skills and the ability to think about a process with a 'retained search' mindset; Stretch yourself to achieve the actions and goals as set in your quarterly business plan; consistently hitting 20+ interactions, 5+ reports out per week, 10 ads per quarter as per the dashboard; Accurate pipelining/forecasting and proactive management of gaps against budget and targets; Build expertise and knowledge across areas of specialisation and write thought leadership articles and client presentations; Events: host/chair events effectively including pre and post contact coding and management; Actively mentor Associates and MIT Embrace technology, efficiency, speed to execute, collaborative mindset and focus on delivering daily actions
