Our Ideal Candidate Should Have
Proven experience with ASO for the App Store and Google Play.
Experience conducting A/B testing for store listings.
Hands-on experience with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction, etc.
Experience with semantic core collection and keyword clustering.
Strong competitor analysis and mobile gaming market research skills.
Understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking factors.
Experience working with localization and international markets.
Basic analytical skills and experience working with conversion rate and organic uplift metrics.
Ability to create clear briefs for designers and work with creative assets.
Experience with In-App Events or Promotional Content.
Experience with featuring processes will be considered a plus.
English level: B1+.
Nice To Have
Experience in the mobile gaming industry.
Understanding of user motivations and player behavior.
Experience working with AI tools and process automation.
Basic understanding of UA/performance marketing.
Experience collaborating with product teams.
Ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Collecting, clustering, and optimizing semantic core for the App Store and Google Play across global markets.
Generating textual and visual hypotheses for A/B testing, implementing them, and analyzing results.
Creating briefs for designers and overseeing the implementation of creatives for ASO testing.
Managing In-App Events, Promotional Content, and featuring opportunities in the App Store and Google Play.
Conducting marketing and competitive research within the mobile gaming market.
Planning and prioritizing featuring requests for the App Store and Google Play.
Collaborating with product teams to improve organic growth and conversion funnels.
Analyzing user motivations, market trends, and competitors’ creative approaches.
Testing new ASO tools, AI workflows, and automating ASO processes.
Preparing regular reports and presenting testing results and organic growth initiatives.
