Title: Appointment Setter

Compensation: $2,000/m USD + uncapped commission
The Company
Our client is a fast-growing outbound sales agency specializing in the commercial building services industry. They generate qualified sales appointments for building service contractors like roofing, restoration, landscaping, and cleaning companies. You will be hired and trained by our client, then embedded as a dedicated appointment setter for one of their contractor clients.
Role Overview
Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: get commercial property managers on the phone and book them into meetings with the client's sales team. This is a high-volume outbound phone role. If you don't love being on the phone, this is not for you. If you are energized by conversations, rejection doesn't rattle you, and you take pride in a full calendar of booked meetings, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 80+ outbound cold calls per day to commercial property managers and building owners in the US
• Book qualified appointments directly onto the sales team's calendar
• Leave effective voicemails and send follow-up emails as part of structured call cadences
• Handle gatekeepers, objections, and "call me next quarter" with persistence and professionalism
• Keep the CRM clean by logging every call outcome, updating contact data, and setting follow-up tasks using HubSpot and Aircall
• Confirm booked appointments to maximize show rates
• Report weekly on dials, connects, conversations, and bookings
• Join regular coaching sessions and call reviews with the team
Qualifications
• 2+ years of outbound B2B cold calling experience in appointment setting, SDR, or telesales roles
• Clear, neutral, professional spoken English to comfortably call American businesses all day
• Proven track record with the ability to share and back up your performance numbers, such as dials per day and meetings booked per month
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet dedicated workspace, a quality headset, and a backup power solution
• Available to work US Eastern Time or Pacific Time business hours, approximately 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET or PT
• Coachable, competitive, and self-managing with the ability to work remotely with real autonomy and real accountability
