Remote Recruitment is hiring an Appointment Setter to support a UK-based sales team. Your role is simple but vital: connect with prospects, spark interest, and book qualified meetings for the senior sales team to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce the company's offering
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and book meetings for the sales team
• Follow up with contacts who haven't yet responded
• Keep the CRM updated with all outreach activity and outcomes
• Work towards daily and weekly booking targets

What You'll Need

• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or a phone-based customer role
• A clear, friendly phone manner with strong spoken English
• Resilience — comfortable with rejection and focused on the next call
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R15,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
