What You'll Own

This is a true account management role — not execution in a silo. You'll lead strategy and be client-facing across a portfolio of CPG brands.

• Account Strategy — Oversee multiple Seller Central accounts end-to-end; build brand-specific growth strategies; identify keyword/category whitespace and expansion paths; run launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD) — Full PPC ownership: structure, strategy, and optimization; build funnels across Exact, Phrase, Broad, and PAT; reduce wasted spend and maintain efficient ACOS/TACoS
• Content & Conversion — Optimize titles, bullets, and back-end keywords; direct image strategy, A/B tests, and A+ content; improve conversion through structured experimentation
• FBA Operations & Inventory — Create and manage shipments, coordinate with warehouses, prevent stockouts, resolve discrepancies
• Reporting & Analytics — Track sales, units, ACOS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, sessions, and ranking; build monthly reports that show insights and action steps, not just data
• Client Calls — Lead recurring weekly or biweekly calls with your brands, walking them through performance, strategy, wins, and next steps. You must be confident, clear, and able to own the conversation.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years running Amazon accounts (agency background a strong plus)
• Strong PPC, SEO, and operations capabilities
• Experience scaling CPG or similar brands
• Fluent in the metrics that matter: ACOS, TACoS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, sessions, ranking
• Excellent communicator — fast, clear, and client-ready
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Proactive, accountable, and composed under pressure
• Available to work 7AM–4PM CST and take recurring client calls
• Based in Canada — this role is open to Canadian applicants only
