We are expanding our E-commerce Operations Team and looking for an experienced Amazon Account Specialist with strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate should understand Amazon Seller Central operations end-to-end, be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working within structured workflows, and capable of independently managing daily account operations, catalog issues, support communication, reporting processes, and operational improvements.
Experience with Walmart Marketplace and eBay is considered a strong advantage.
Core Responsibilities
Amazon Account Management
- Product listing creation and bulk uploads
- Product updates via flat files/upload templates
- Variation creation and management
- Product listing optimization and review
- Category change requests
- Multi-marketplace listing management
- Amazon Global Selling operations
- Pricing management and monitoring
- Inventory and stranded inventory management
- Listing reinstatement and suppression issue resolution
- Shipping settings and shipping template management
- FBA shipment creation and shipping plans
- Fulfillment order creation
- Virtual bundle creation and management
- Uploading and managing product videos
- Promotions, coupons, deals, and Subscribe & Save setup
Compliance & Performance
- Account Health monitoring
- Policy compliance management
- Dangerous Goods / Hazmat classification management
- SDS documentation management
- Buy Box issue investigation and resolution
- FBA fee monitoring and optimization
- Reimbursement opportunity tracking
- Customer service management
- Case management and escalation follow-up
- Communication with Seller Support, Account Health, and Catalog Teams
Brand & Marketplace Support
- Brand Registry support
- USPTO-related brand application processes
- Product and competitor research
- Marketplace expansion support
- A+ Content coordination and enhancement
Data Analysis & Reporting
Advanced Excel Skills (MANDATORY)
Daily use of:
- Pivot Tables
- SUMIF / SUMIFS
- XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
- Multi-platform performance tables
Candidates must be comfortable:
- Working with large datasets
- Identifying performance trends and operational signals
- Preparing structured reports and analysis
- Preparing detailed daily Excel performance reports
- Sharing reports and updates through Asana
Tools & Systems
Daily usage required:
- Asana — task management & reporting
- Microsoft Teams — internal communication
- Microsoft 365 Excel — advanced daily usage

- Contribute to workflow optimization, process improvement, and automation opportunities across marketplace operations
Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Account Manager and Director
- Daily task tracking through Asana
- Weekly performance reporting required
- Weekly video presentation/reporting expected
- Comfortable preparing weekly video reports (screen share + voice explanation)
Trial Period
- Trial period up to 30 days
- Initial evaluation typically completed within 7–10 days
- Responsibilities expand based on proven performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, catalog structure, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing complex catalog and account health issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Walmart Marketplace and eBay experience is a strong plus
