Role : ALTERYX ADMIN 6-12 YEARS, Skills: Sharepoint, Salesforce ODBC Job Description "1. Configurations & installations tools like SharePoint, Salesforce, DVW installations and performing installation checks and co-ordinating for approvals 2. Performing license checks, License Pool Management, co-ordination with stakeholders and offline license activations 3. Managing user accounts and permissions 4. Version upgrade of Alteryx designer server 5. Maintaining servers and performing cleanups, Health check of Alteryx server 6. Preparing Ad hoc reports for business stakeholders 7. Performing MongoDB backups and restorations on Alteryx servers 8. Guiding users for Alteryx Intelligence suite and DVW license procurement 9. Preparing Housekeeping report & performing the same in close coordination with Vendor and business stakeholders 10. Performing Server Password updates and certificate updates 11. Creating ODBC connections for users 12. Monitoring system performance and addressing any performance-related issues 13. Troubleshooting and resolving errors and issues encountered by users related to designer or gallery. 14. Providing guidance on error messages and defect diagnosis. 15. Providing Gallery access to users according to their requirement
