Are you a skilled AI developer who wants to build real production systems for U.S. companies - full-time, long-term, from home? Because you'll work directly with U.S. clients - explaining what you build, training their teams on how to use it, and answering questions live - fluent, clear English (written and spoken) is essential, not optional. What You'll Build

Day to day, you'll build and ship AI systems that real users and operations depend on:

• LLM-Powered Applications and Agentic Workflows
• Retrieval (RAG) Pipelines and Vector Database Work
• Agent Frameworks, Tool Use, and Orchestration
• Integrations That Wire AI Into a Real Product or Operation
• Production-Ready Code the Client's Team Can Rely On After You Ship

The Requirements

We are not looking for people who can talk about AI. We are looking for people who have built it and can prove it. As part of your application, you'll be asked to walk us through the most complex AI system you've personally built - what it did, your specific role, the hardest technical decision you made, and how you'd verify it worked. That story matters more to us than any title on your resume.

• A Track Record of AI Systems You Personally Built and Shipped to Production
• Strong Hands-On Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agent Frameworks
