As enterprises rapidly adopt Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, we are expanding our AI practice and seeking an experienced AI Consultant to help clients identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver production-ready AI applications.

This role combines consulting, solution architecture, hands-on engineering, and client engagement. You will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to transform real-world challenges into practical AI solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Consultant who can lead enterprise AI engagements from discovery through deployment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable facilitating executive and stakeholder workshops, translating business requirements into AI solution architectures, and working directly with development teams to build and deploy production-grade solutions.

This is not a research or prototype-focused role. We are looking for someone passionate about delivering practical AI solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Discovery

• Facilitate AI discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify business processes and use cases suitable for AI automation and augmentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
• Present AI strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps to client leadership teams.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
  
  

Solution Architecture

• Design enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI architectures.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Design agentic workflows and multi-agent architectures.
• Define security, governance, compliance, and scalability requirements.
• Create technical architecture diagrams, solution documentation, and implementation plans.
  
  

Solution Development

• Build and deploy AI applications using Azure AI services and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop document ingestion pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Design API-based integrations with enterprise applications and Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement evaluation, testing, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
• Support production deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and handoff activities.
  
  

Delivery Leadership

• Collaborate with offshore engineering and delivery teams.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance requirements.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery governance.
  
  

Presales & Business Development

• Support AI assessments, workshops, and client presentations.
• Participate in solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Assist with proposal development, statements of work (SOWs), and technical responses.
• Help shape TrnDigital’s AI service offerings and best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, consulting, or AI engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and evaluation methodologies.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and business applications.
• Strong client-facing consulting and presentation skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and lead stakeholder discussions independently.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Consulting experience with enterprise clients.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform AI solutions.
• Experience implementing AI governance, security, and compliance controls.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI operationalization practices.
