Peeriot GmbH is a German deep-tech startup building sovereign, self-operating IoT and edge systems for Smart Factories and Smart Cities.
As we scale, we are introducing a structured, IEC 62443-aligned Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and operational delivery model to improve execution quality, governance, traceability, and release readiness.
We operate in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment where structure, accountability, operational discipline, and cross-functional coordination matter.
The Role
We are looking for an Agile Coordinator who combines agile delivery coordination with strong process thinking and operational discipline.
This role goes beyond classic Scrum facilitation. You will coordinate execution across Discovery, Architecture Board, Implementation, and Testing & Releasing phases while ensuring teams follow defined SDLC workflows, Definition of Ready / Definition of Done criteria, governance standards, and rollout processes.
You will work closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Security, CI/CD, and Release Management teams to improve execution quality, delivery predictability, dependency management, and operational transparency across the organization.
Furthermore you will assist the managing directors to improve operational excellence within the organization.
The ideal candidate naturally thinks in systems, structures and workflows, enjoys bringing structure into fast-moving environments, and is comfortable driving process adherence and execution discipline across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Coordination & Workflow Steering
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
- Coordinate execution across Discovery, Architecture Board, Implementation, and Release phases
- Enforce phase-specific Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) criteria
- Track blockers, dependencies, rollout actions, and execution risks
- Coordinate operational rollout follow-through for approved changes
- Ensure teams consistently follow defined SDLC and governance processes
- Drive operational transparency, accountability, and delivery alignment
Process Coordination & Operational Excellence
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of IEC 62443-aligned SSDLC processes
- Maintain process workflows, templates, operational routines, and execution standards
- Help operationalize governance structures, traceability processes, and release coordination
- Ensure process consistency across distributed teams
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive practical process improvements
- Support KPI tracking, delivery reporting, and operational execution metrics
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Assist managing directors to implement activities to improve operational excellence within the organization.
- Coordinate collaboration between Product, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Release, and CI/CD teams
- Ensure smooth hand-offs between delivery phases and stakeholders
- Support rollout preparation, release coordination, and execution follow-through
- Maintain visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and open actions
- Help onboard teams into the defined operating model and workflows
Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, PMO, Engineering Operations, or similar role within software development organizations
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and software delivery governance
- Strong process-oriented and highly structured working style
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and operational workflows
- Ability to enforce process discipline while maintaining agile execution
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with MS365, Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools
- Familiarity with release coordination, delivery governance, or operational excellence processes
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Availability during European working hours (8AM–2PM GMT+1)
- Based in the Philippines with a professional remote work setup
- Open to occasional business travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup or deep-tech environments
- Familiarity with IEC 62443, secure SDLC, or compliance-driven engineering environments
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows, release automation, and delivery traceability
- Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP, etc.)
