We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager to oversee and optimise the operational side of client's media and advertising technology stack. This role focuses on ensuring smooth delivery and performance of campaigns across ad servers, SSPs, and publisher platforms. You will be responsible for day-to-day operational excellence, troubleshooting, and scaling processes to support revenue growth and efficiency across our media operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise the operational workflow across ad servers, SSPs, and publisher integrations. Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and delivery to ensure maximum efficiency and performance. Monitor revenue performance, fill rates, latency, and delivery metrics, identifying optimisation opportunities. Troubleshoot operational and technical issues across the ad tech ecosystem (ad servers, SSPs, APIs, tags). Collaborate with publisher, product, and demand teams to align operational needs with commercial goals. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including GDPR, COPPA, and platform policies. Work with third-party measurement and verification vendors (IAS, Moat, DoubleVerify, HUMAN) to monitor invalid traffic, viewability, and quality metrics. Document processes, streamline workflows, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience managing operations in a media Hands-on expertise with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel), SSPs, and publisher platforms. Strong knowledge of programmatic workflows, OpenRTB, and ad- serving standards (VAST, VPAID, SSAI/CSAI). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth media environment. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools (Looker, Tableau a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Accuracy and timeliness of campaign execution and delivery. Reduction in operational errors and downtime. Improvement in fill rate, latency, and revenue yield. Compliance with policies and reduction of invalid traffic.
