The Role We're hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a well-established UK business. In this role, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations. It's a detail-oriented position that's central to the smooth running of the finance function. If you're methodical, reliable, and experienced in AP processes, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes Preparing and running payment runs in line with supplier terms Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies Responding to supplier queries promptly and professionally Assisting with month-end close and finance reporting What You'll Need Experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) High attention to detail and comfort working with numbers Good communication skills for managing supplier relationships A reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup What's on Offer R17,000 per month | 100% remote | UK hours: 11:00–19:00 SAST | A stable, long-term role within a professional UK finance team.
