You will serve as the essential human bridge between our Israeli Headquarters (IL ) and our US operations. If you are a natural "people person" who understands the hustle of the Israeli tech scene and the dynamics of the LA market, this is your next move. Work Structure: Hybrid/Remote: Work from home with 3 days a week in our office in Calabasas, CA . Experience: 1–2 years in AdTech Account Management or Client Success. Languages: Native-level English AND Fluent Hebrew (required for daily communication with our Israel office). Interpersonal: A "people person" with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Technical: Proficient in Excel and CRM software; solid understanding of programmatic buying and ad operations. Location: Must be able to commute to Calabasas 3 days a week. Global Liaison: Act as the lead point of contact between our LA office and IL headquarters to ensure seamless campaign execution. Client Success: Manage a portfolio of clients, developing trusted relationships and identifying upsell/growth opportunities. Execution: Collaborate with Finance, AdOps, and Traffic teams to launch and optimize programmatic campaigns. Performance Strategy: Track KPIs, lead client meetings, and deliver data-driven results for our partners.
