The Account Manager serves as a key partner to the Account Executive, acting as both a project manager and operational support lead. This role is responsible for coordinating exhibit services and project logistics from initial estimation through final billing, ensuring seamless communication and execution across internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating & Cost Management

• Develop and manage detailed service estimates for each project.
• Research vendors, pricing, and service requirements to maximize cost efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track actual expenses and compare costs against approved estimates.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Serve as a primary point of coordination between Account Executives, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding exhibit services.
• Procure and manage show services, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Track project milestones from pre-show planning through post-show completion.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Provide on-site support when required.

Financial & Administrative Support

• Compile and organize project documentation for accounting and billing purposes.
• Support invoicing activities and final project billing.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Assist with project closeout processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a communication bridge between Account Executives and operational teams.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and material handling with warehouse personnel.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial processing.
• Support multiple departments to ensure successful project delivery

AI & Technology Proficiency

• IGE embraces the use of artificial intelligence and modern productivity tools to improve efficiency, communication, project management, and overall work quality.
• Candidates should be comfortable utilizing AI-powered tools and willing to continuously explore new technologies that enhance productivity and performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Coordination, Event Services, Trade Show Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Budget tracking and cost management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
• English C1 required.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Education

Compensation

• MXN $30.000+ total month. Depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
